Champagne Bluebird

Despite the snow dump yesterday, the sun is shining today! A rare occurence in Seattle this time of year 🙂 Seems fitting that my cocktail for the day has the same kind of cheeriness…..a Champagne Bluebird!

Here’s what you need:

1/2oz blue curacao

1/2oz lemon juice

4oz champagne

Mix together lemon juice and blue curacao in champagne flute then top off with champagne! Easy enough. Garnish with a lemon twist or lemon wegde. Yum!

This is a more tarte champagne drink….but oh so pretty! Perfect for a Peacock Themed Party.

What are you drinking this New Year’s Eve??

Here’s a few other champagne drinks:

Champagne Lemontini

Citrus Champagne Punch
