Pomegranate Ginger Martini

Here’s a holiday cocktail to share with your friends and family this holiday season! I made this for Thanksgiving and it was delish.

Pomegranate Ginger Martini

2oz vodka

2oz pomegranate fruit/juice

1/2oz lemon juice

1/2oz simple syrup

1tsp lemon zest

1 tsp ginger zest

Boys are back in town

First step to this delicious cocktail is de-seeding your pomegranate. I recommend having a drink before doing this because it is time consuming and messy!

All that hard work for a bowl of seeds

Muddle the pomegranate seeds and ginger then place in the bottom of the cocktail glass. Shake up the lemon juice, simple syrup, and vodka with ice. Strain into martini glass and enjoy!

The ginger and lemon combination really complements the pomegranate in this drink. It is YUM! If you’re looking for a new holiday cocktail this one is a winner 🙂

Happy Holidays!
